Vegetarian Lasagna

Let us start by saying this is our only vegetarian meal, which is not suitable for Vegans.

It is one of our meat replacement series so it is perfectly vegetarian. The difference is that we use milk and butter to create the Bechamel sauce. Firstly we think it is just better than say a coconut or an alternative plant based milk. It is the blending of the tomato sauce and the Bechamel sauce together that makes a good lasagne. We are looking at alternative white sauces for Vegans but the best (Cashew Nut)are also expensive and again there needs to be plenty of white sauce. We will get there and you will be the first to know. In the meantime please enjoy our vegetarian Lasagne.
