One of our hand crafted Vegan meals, Stuffed peppers or pimientos rellenos are part of traditional Spanish cuisine, especially that of the region of the Basque Country. The fillings can vary, but ours contain finely diced vegetables and long grain rice, blended with a slightly spicey tomato sauce. Which compliments the taste of the Red Bell Pepper.
You can serve these with any side dish you would like, from rice, pasta, mixed vegetables or in our case we like good old fashioned chips.
