Ordering with BritiShop is quick and simple via our online store.

COVID UPDATE:

With the easing of restrictions we are pleased to announce the return of normal services.

Nationwide delivery is operational, with a different transport partner to pre-lockdown.
Some shipping costs may be around 50B more than before but this provider specialises in chilled/frozen delivery and provides a reliable service. We will evaluate offering previous transport provider again once the curfew is removed.

Alcohol deliveries are allowed, with our beers, cider & wine all available.

Same day delivery was enabled to aid quick deliveries while the possibility of a full lockdown existed. 
The chances of a full lockdown being imposed have reduced, but we have kept same day delivery active for now, with a 4 hour advance ordering time set.

Our own delivery is available from Pattaya to Sattahip, though we are are also able to arrange nationwide delivery on request.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available at selected locations
  • Order online, pickup when ready, Mon-Fri

Express Delivery

  • Express Delivery for urgent orders
  • Next day delivery if order before 7pm (excludes Sundays)
  • Same Day delivery if order before 1pm, subject to stock availability. (Bread and some items always need 1-2 days lead time)
  • 250 THB delivery charge

Nationwide Delivery

We are pleased to announce that we now support nationwide delivery service.

If you enter a postcode out of our local delivery zones then nationwide shipping will be selected automatically.

The different delivery options and prices will vary by location so you won’t see the delivery charge right away, simply submit your order and we will be in touch soon to discuss shipping options.

As a guide a single cool box for an order over 1,000 B is typically 150-200B shipping to most locations. Size/Weight/Location dependent.

Payment should be made via bank transfer so please select this option during checkout. Cash on delivery is not available for nationwide orders, credit card is not advised since the shipping fee is not known at time of checkout.

You don't need to have previously registered to order with BritiShop. 

If it is your first order an account will be created automatically at checkout, giving you easy access to your order.

Currently we accept Thai bank transfer, cash on delivery, online credit card or Tesco Bill Payment.

BritiShop was originally an online-only store.

However we have now opened a retail store inside AW Business Services, on Soi 16 Siam Country Club, East Pattaya.

Not all product lines are kept in stock so you can either walk in and look at whats available or order online to arrange in-store pickup.

When you complete the checkout you will be given the option of choosing which delivery day you prefer, along with your preferred time.

These are for guidance only and in some cases we may need to adjust the planned delivery time.

We will be in touch to advise the estimated delivery time once we have processed your order.

If we have advance notice of the unavailability then we contact you and suggest any alternative products which are available.

If we become aware of unavailability with short notice are are unable to contact you in time we will adjust the order and reflect the amount due for COD to reflect the items delivered.
