Chili and Red kidney beans with Jasmine rice (Vegetarian)

One of our hand crafted Vegan meals, One from our meat replacement range. Red Kidney beans are thought to have originated in Peru. They're part of a larger group called “common beans,” which were cultivated as early as 8,000 years ago. Chilli Beans as they are also known originated in Northern Mexico and Texas. Chilli contests are held to see who makes the best Chilli Beans.

We continue the tradition of providing Vegans with Chilli Beans in the style of a beef mince with red Kidney Beans, onions and tomatoes of course.

We use Thailand’s world famous Jasmine rice which pairs well with our Chilli Beans.
