Smoked salmon rolls
If you love smoked salmon (who doesn't!) then these wraps offer a great way to enjoy it.

- 100 g - Cream cheese , spreadable
- 2 tsp - Capers , baby capers, rinsed, chopped
- 2 tbsp - Dill , fresh dill, chopped
- 1 - Lemon , Finely grated zest
- 2 tsp - Lemon juice
- 4 - Tortillas , wraps
- 400 g - Salmon fillets , smoked
- 3 - Watercress , bunch watercress, trimmed
วิธีทำอาหาร
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, capers, dill, zest and juice. Season to taste.
- Place bread on a board. Spread with cheese mixture. Cover with salmon. Arrange watercress along one edge.
- Roll up tightly. Cut each roll into 6.
- Store, wrapped in plastic film, in an airtight container in the fridge until required.
