Sloane’s Back Bacon is a British-style bacon made from premium pork loin. Unlike mass-produced alternatives, it is produced using a traditional dry-curing method with natural dark sugar and no added water. This ensures the bacon retains its integrity and does not shrink significantly when cooked.

• Key Features: Dry-cured, dairy-free, gluten-free, and low in sugar.

• Ingredients: Pork loin, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, INS250, and INS316.

Our Bacon is traditionally cured by hand, the old fashioned way to our own special recipe this bacon contains very little water and is a little saltier than the more common wet cured bacon.
